An earthquake of 4.2 magnitude shook Assam's north-central region on Sunday morning, particularly affecting Udalguri district. The quake, which occurred at a depth of 15 kilometers, was also felt in Darrang, Sonitpur, Kamrup, Biswanath, and parts of Arunachal Pradesh and Bhutan.
