Governments at the UN climate summit in Dubai are announcing plans to tackle rising emissions. Over 110 countries are expected to support a pledge to triple renewable energy capacity by 2030. Additionally, more than 20 nations have signed a declaration aiming to triple nuclear power capacity by 2050.
