The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has taken suo motu cognizance of media reports regarding the deteriorating air quality in Delhi. The NGT has sought an Action Taken Report from the Centre, Delhi Government, and Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The matter will be heard on November 8, 2023.
