Low- and middle-income countries are leading in integrating air quality into their nationally-determined contributions (NDCs) to combat climate change, according to a recent analysis by the Global Climate and Health Alliance. The analysis reveals that 14 out of the 15 top-scoring countries in terms of recognizing the connection between climate action and clean air are low- or middle-income nations.
